What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Transaction Coordinator position at Real Estate Team?
Our real estate team is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. This position is part-time but has the flexibility to be full-time, depending on the candidate. REMOTE WORK OK outside of 1x per week team meeting in Kent. We are a small team built on repeat and referral business. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Compensation:$25,000 - $60,000 yearly (dependent on part/full time bonuses)
Responsibilities:- Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
- Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
- Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
- Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
- Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
- Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
- Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
