We are seeking an enthusiastic professional person with experience and knowledge in community and association management to work in Craven and/or Carteret Counties.
Qualifications:
Professional Designations:
- Minimum CMCA preferred. Candidates will be considered.
- General:
- Preferred experience in portfolio association management
- Strong customer services skills and professionalism are expected
- Friendly, engaging and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Timeliness and ability to work under deadlines
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Reliable means of transportation
- Preferred experience in AppFolio, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs,
- Availability for some weekend and evening meetings
- Experience with website management and upkeep a plus
Pay:
- Shall be dependent on experience and qualifications
