About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and coachable team member to join our growing real estate media company serving Acton and the surrounding Greater Boston and MetroWest areas.
This is much more than a photography position.
You’ll represent our company in the field while working directly with real estate agents and homeowners to create high-quality listing media and provide an exceptional client experience.
No prior professional photography experience is required. We care FAR more about:

What You’ll Do
- Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments
- Capture interior and exterior listing media using our training and proven systems
- Interact professionally with agents and homeowners
- Follow direction and apply coaching feedback consistently
- Upload media after appointments (NO editing required)
- Follow established appointment workflows and procedures
- Deliver a smooth, friendly, and professional experience for every client
This is an active, people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same.
Schedule & Availability
- Monday-Friday daytime availability strongly preferred
- Approximately 25 hours per week
- Primarily standard business hours (9am-5pm)
- Schedule varies depending on appointments and seasonality
- Local travel throughout the Greater Boston and MetroWest areas required
Must live within 30 miles of Acton, MA
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable driving between appointments
- Home computer and reliable high-speed internet
- Comfortable using basic technology and mobile applications
- Able to manage time effectively and stay organized throughout the day
One of the best parts of this role is the flexibility and variety. Your days can look different week-to-week depending on bookings, and if you enjoy a role where you’re constantly moving, meeting people, and working in different environments, you’ll probably really enjoy this.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
- Paid training at $22/hour
- After completing training and obtaining drone certification, compensation transitions to a commission/unit-based structure that averages approximately $30/hour
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile between appointments
- Opportunity to expand your skills and increase earning potential as you grow within the company
Mileage between appointments is reimbursed at $0.50 per mile.
Commute to your first appointment and home from your last appointment is not reimbursed.
