About the Role

We’re hiring a detail-oriented, coachable, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Hudson area.

This is more than just a photography job—you’ll represent our brand in the field. You’ll work directly with agents and homeowners, capture listing media, and deliver a polished, white-glove client experience.

Photography experience is preferred but not required. We prioritize professionalism, reliability, and strong people skills over technical background.

Schedule & Availability

• Monday–Saturday availability required (occasional Sunday)
• Approximately 25 hours per week
• Daytime business hours
• Increased availability preferred as workload grows
• Flexible schedule, but reliability is critical
• Paid drive time between appointments (clock in at first job, out after last)

What You’ll Do

• Travel to residential properties for scheduled shoots
• Capture interior & exterior listing media using a structured shot list
• Follow detailed processes and checklists with consistency
• Represent the company professionally with clients
• Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
• Stay organized and accurate across appointments
• Deliver a high-level, white-glove customer experience

Compensation & Growth

• Paid training: $20/hour
• Standard shoots: $25/hour
• Drone-certified shoots: $30/hour
• Video/reel services: $35/hour
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile

Growth opportunity: Increase earnings as you add services and gain experience.

Drone certification required within 2 weeks (we provide study materials and support).
