We’re hiring a detail-oriented, coachable, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Salt Lake City area.
This is not just a photography job — it’s a client-facing role representing our brand in the field. You’ll work directly with agents and homeowners while capturing listing media and delivering a polished, white-glove experience every time.
No prior real estate photography experience required. We provide paid training and structured systems — you bring the attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Growth Path
Training Period
- $15/hour (paid training)
After Training
- Standard shoots: $25/hour
- After drone certification: $28/hour
- After video certification: $30/hour
Additional Pay
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.45/mile
- Paid drive time between appointments
Growth
- Clear certification path with increasing pay
- Skill development in drone and video production
Drone certification is expected early (study support provided).
What You’ll Do
- Travel to residential properties for scheduled shoots
- Capture interior and exterior listing media using a structured shot list
- Follow detailed processes and checklists consistently
- Represent the company professionally with clients
- Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
- Maintain organization and accuracy across appointments
- Deliver a high-end, white-glove client experience
- After video certification: help guide agents during video shoots
Schedule & Availability
- Monday–Friday availability required
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Typical shoot window: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional evening shoots
- Schedule varies based on bookings
- Flexibility and reliability are essential
