You bring strong people skills, reliability, and attention to detail. This role starts at 10-15 hours per week, with room to grow!  What You’ll Do Travel locally to residential properties in and surrounding the Kennewick areaCapture interior and exterior photos following a simple, structured shot listRepresent our company professionally with realtors and homeownersDeliver a smooth, calm experience during appointmentsUpload photo files after each shoot, no editing requiredLearn video, drone, and additional services over time  What We’re Looking For Strong people skills are the #1 priority. We are looking for someone that realtors and homeowners immediately feel comfortable with. Friendly, professional communicatorPunctual and dependableCoachable and able to follow systems and checklistsDetail-aware and notices small issues before they become problemsCalm under pressure and able to handle tight timelines smoothlyComfortable using basic technologyReliable transportation and comfortable driving locallyAvailable during daytime hours, ideally between 9am–5pm, though partial daytime availability may also work No prior professional photography experience required.
