Candidates must reside in Colorado and be able to travel to our Arvada office for two to three weeks of in-person training. After training, you'll work remotely but must be able to travel to our Denver metro office approximately once a month for team meetings. This position also requires occasional attendance at networking events, association meetings, marketing activities, and client functions throughout Northern Colorado, including Fort Collins. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed are required.
REP provides all necessary equipment for your home office. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. position.
Requirements
- Must reside in Colorado and be able to travel to the Arvada office.
- Two to three weeks of in-person training in Arvada is required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous office experience preferred; hotel, real estate, apartment, construction, title, or mortgage industry experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including accurate typing and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable, secure internet service.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Some college coursework preferred.
- Reliable, ethical, and team-oriented.
What You'll Do
- Support a Senior Recruiter with daily recruiting activities.
- Answer and route incoming calls when assisting the Administrative Director.
- Enter resumes and maintain candidate records within our database.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding through our online onboarding platform, including I-9s and employment documents.
- Contact candidates to schedule and confirm interviews.
- Present employment opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, networking, and occasional client visits.
- Assist the payroll department with collecting and processing employee timecards.
- Complete special projects and provide administrative support as needed.
