What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Real Estate Office?
We are looking for a Receptionist/Title Assistant for our busy office. This position is responsible for the efficient day to day operation of the office including, but not limited to, greeting customers, answering multi line phones, transferring calls to the proper party, running company errands, and assisting title officers/management with various tasks. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, motivated team player, passionate about customer service, demonstrate initiative, focused on details, and have a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent verbal and written skills is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and clients in a warm friendly manner.
- Answering phones, directing calls, taking, and relaying messages.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Handles requests as assigned by the title officers or management.
- Manage multiple priorities and effectively prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Receptionist 1 year (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Title assistant 1 year (Preferred)
