What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeping/Administrative Assistant position at Real Estate Mgmt & Const. Organization?
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
Skills: Accounting/Bookeeping, Good People skills, Software - Excel, Sage, Yardi.
Work Experience Preferred in Real Estate, Construction, family office.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to Administrative, Account Reconciliations , A/P, Billing, Collections, Filing and Document Management.
Starting salary $37 to 46K depending on experience. Looking for someone with passion and willing to work 5 days a week 9 to 5:30 in office.
