What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Real Estate Management Specialists, Inc?
Seeking self-motivated individual who works well with minimal supervision, house-keeping of for a 52 unit Apartment complex. Common area's include but are not limited to: hallways and stair wells, the laundry room, grounds walks to address trash. Cleaning of vacant unit, additional tasks as needed. Position is 3 hours a day, additional hours available for cleaning units as needed. Flexibility available.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
