Job Summary:
Local Real Estate firm is seeking a highly organized and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations and agent onboarding activities. This position plays a key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment while supporting real estate agents with essential administrative tasks. This Position is part Time approximately 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the facility daily;
Manage high volume of incoming phone calls and return voicemails promptly.
Distribute daily mail and handle incoming deliveries from Amazon, FedEx, and other carriers.
Use Companies proprietary software to onboard new agents, track files, and input closing documents (e.g., ALTA statements and checks).
Utilize Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs, for scheduling and documentation.
Check MLS listings regularly for accuracy and ensure all listings are accounted for in RSA.
Maintain and update the daily à la Carte list and the Closings to be Paid List with incoming checks.
Track and reorder inventory for kitchen supplies, stationery, and all office-related materials.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role.
Prior experience in Real Estate prefered but not necessary.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Gmail).
Ability to learn and use proprietary software systems quickly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
