Role: Property Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end close and general ledger activities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Support property-level accounting and reporting
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Partner with property management and finance teams on various accounting initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Approximately 1 year of property accounting experience preferred
- Experience with Yardi is required
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
