We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Buyer’s Agent to become a key member of our expanding team at Real Estate Exchange. In this position, you will assist homebuyers throughout the entire purchasing journey—from initial meetings and property tours to preparing offers and managing inspections and financing arrangements. The perfect candidate is client-oriented, communicates effectively, and excels in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Proficiency with technology and CRM platforms is essential, as is a dedication to attending open houses and nurturing long-term client connections. Whether you are newly licensed or bring years of experience, we provide comprehensive resources, ongoing support, and training to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Lead generate 15 hours a week
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in script practice and other team activities
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities and clients through Brivity
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
