Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with buyer leads
- Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
- Convert prospects into signed buyer agreements
- Write and negotiate offers
- Host open houses
- Maintain client relationships and provide excellent service
- Participate in team meetings, training, and script practice
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts or New Hampshire real estate license
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable prospecting and generating business
- Growth-minded and coachable
- Real estate experience preferred
