About the Role
We are seeking a responsible, hands-on Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a Jersey Mike's Subs location. This role is ideal for a proven QSR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes ownership of store performance, team development, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring brand standards and food safety compliance
- Lead, train, and develop crew members and shift leaders
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, and payroll efficiency
- Drive sales, manage food & labor costs, and hit profitability targets
- Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence at all times
- Execute company systems, procedures, and franchise standards consistently
Qualifications
- 2 years of QSR management experience (General Manager or Assistant GM preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage labor, food cost, and daily P&L responsibilities
- High accountability, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for food, service, and operational excellence
