Responsibilities:
- Provide broker support and guidance to agents
- Recruit, mentor, and retain real estate professionals
- Support agent productivity and business growth
- Maintain compliance and transaction oversight
- Foster a positive, service-focused office environment
- Partner with leadership to support office goals and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active Oklahoma Broker license required
- Leadership, coaching, or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Recruiting and business development mindset
- Ability to lead with accountability and support
