We are seeking motivated Real Estate Team Agent (or those currently working to get their license) to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Making phone calls daily and updating database
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies - our agents use the kvCORE CRM Platform
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • You must have your real estate licensed before you start the position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $73,059.00 - $87,024.00 per year
