Real Deal Cars is looking for a skilled, experienced, and dependable Automotive Technician to join our team at our Lynnwood dealership.

We have a clean, organized shop with 3 service bays, professional diagnostic scanners, and tools provided. We work exclusively on our own dealership inventory, meaning no outside customer repairs or public service work.

We carry a large selection of vehicles of all makes and models, so we're looking for someone who is confident in their abilities, can diagnose problems accurately, and can handle everything from routine maintenance to major mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles of all makes and models.
• Work on gasoline, diesel, and hybrid vehicles.
• Perform engine repairs, replacements, and rebuilds.
• Perform transmission repairs, replacements, and rebuilds.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, and other general repairs.
• Inspect incoming vehicles and identify necessary repairs.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and professional.

Qualifications

• Must have solid professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working on gasoline and diesel engines.
• Familiarity with hybrid vehicle systems.
• Ability to perform major mechanical work, including engine and transmission repairs and rebuilds.
• Comfortable working on domestic, European, and Asian vehicles.
• Able to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision.
• Honest, dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
