Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential or hospitality spaces, ensuring high standards of sanitation and customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a positive experience for everyone who enters our facilities.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, waste disposal, and maintaining hygienic practices throughout the premises.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling cleaning routines.
- Support janitorial or custodial duties in commercial or hospitality settings to uphold cleanliness standards across all areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with residents or guests.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety protocols.
- Previous experience in hotel environments or with housekeeper management is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve moving heavy items regularly, ability to lift, bend, kneel, walk, climb a 3 step ladder and stand for extended periods
- Problem Solving- Identifying and evaluating options and implement solutions.
- Capability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
