Your Schedule & Rewards

• Compensation: Start at $22.41/hour; increase to $25.90/hour after 90 days with strong attendance and performance
• Work-Life Balance: You’ll work 15 days per month with 7 days off in the rotation
• Bonuses: $300 sign-on after 90 days; $600 retention after 9 months
• Shifts: Rotating 12-hour days and nights (7AM–7PM and 7PM–7AM)
• Rotation: 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off; then it starts over
  
  

What You’ll Tackle

Support all furnace operations to keep production running smoothly and safely. Expect extreme heat, strict PPE use, and close coordination with your team to execute tasks on time.

Do You Match This Profile?

• Manufacturing background with a strong safety mindset
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Motivated, ethical, goal-driven, and energized by challenges
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible for overtime and rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operation
• Strong communicator with basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel
  
  

Physical Demands You Can Handle

• Lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs
• Use of vision to examine, monitor surrounding traffic, and determine employee location
• Ability to judge distances and distinguish colors
• Use of touch and smell to detect equipment problems; speak and understand speech
• Hear safety alarms clearly
• Work in tight or confined spaces
• Tolerate extreme heat while working on or near furnaces
• Climb ladders, maintain balance, and work at heights for extended periods
• Frequent walking, standing, reaching, crouching, sitting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and torso turning
