REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.
Responsibilities
Production Labor - $22.72 starting pay shift premium - Monday thru Thursday 6:45pm to 7am

- What you’ll start out doing?
- Learn our safety and quality procedures.
- Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
- What to expect:
- This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
- You start training on the day shift working 8 hr. shift after training is complete will transfer to weekend night shift
