Responsibilities
Real Alloy is looking for an experienced multi-craft electrician to join our team in Post Falls! Industrial maintenance background preferred, with general mechanical aptitude helpful. Pay range $28 - $34/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.- Install & repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings
- Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables
- Ensures piping complies with electrical codes; replaces conduit, wiring, and circuit breakers as needed
- Troubleshooting equipment problems and making necessary repairs to restore equipment to proper operating conditions
- Read/interpret engineering drawings and manuals to install, calibrate and maintain electrical apparatus. Work in complex engineering and manufacturing drawings or manuals to complete projects and assigned work.
- Perform installation or repair work on motors, wiring and control cabinets, along with mobile equipment such as forklifts, pay loaders, and skid steer loaders
Qualifications
- 3 years of work experience in trade profession or industrial maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to demonstrate strong proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Valid electricians license preferred but not required.
- PLC experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of basic computer functions and office software applications.
- Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
- Advanced technical training through trade school or higher education; willingness to learn new skills through ongoing training.
