We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.
Responsibilities:
REAL ALLOY/IMSAMET of Arizona is looking to add a new Production Assistant to our team in Goodyear! The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting in all furnace operations as required in a timely, but safe manner to ensure smooth running operations, as well as a productive shift.

- Focus on Safety
- Be part of an industrial/manufacturing team
- Drive mobile equipment
- Perform various duties including: lifting, moving, and weighing
- Maintain quality production standards

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience in manufacturing environment desirable
- Reliable attendance
- Flexibility to work rotating 12 hour shift work, including nights and weekends
- Position requires a person willing to working in extreme temperatures, in an industrial manufacturing outdoor environment, and wearing protective equipment while working around molten metal
