This position is for an EXPERIENCED Inventory and Operations Manager who has worked in a fast-paced electronics, wholesale, or logistics environment. Reagan Wireless has been operating in South Florida for over 27 years and maintains a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Deerfield Beach. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive leader to oversee day-to-day warehouse inventory processes, streamline
operations, and support internal departments.
You must have experience in inventory systems, logistics coordination, or warehouse management in the mobile electronics or accessories space. Must have references and the ability to lead a small team effectively. Speaking Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
1st year salary will range between $85K and $120K, depending on your experience and work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations.
- Maintain real-time accuracy in inventory tracking systems.
- Ensure quality control, receiving, and device scanning protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Report directly to executive management on performance, issues, and KPIs.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications and Must Haves:
- Minimum 3 years in inventory, warehouse, or operations management.
- Familiarity with electronics/mobile phone inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Must be a team leader with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- References from relevant employers are required.
