Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattanooga, TN. This position is responsible for generating new business, managing existing client accounts, and promoting Reagan Outdoor’s billboard solutions to local and regional advertisers. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaign accuracy and timely installation, monitoring campaign performance, and providing ongoing client support. The Account Executive also maintains a thorough understanding of market trends, competitive offerings, and advertising best practices to advise clients and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and client relationship skills, including experience with prospecting, lead generation, account management, and negotiation.
- Marketing and advertising knowledge, with the ability to understand campaign objectives, branding needs, and basic media planning.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, including clear writing, confident public speaking, and effective listening.
- Organizational and planning skills, such as managing multiple accounts, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.
- Comfort working on-site and in the field, including meeting clients at their businesses and visiting billboard locations as needed.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools); familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the Chattanooga area to visit clients and site locations.
