Landscape Laborer / Driver

Pay: $17.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience

Reagan Landscapes is looking for a dependable Landscape Laborer / Driver to join our field team. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard alongside the crew while also being able to drive company vehicles and help transport crews, materials, tools, and equipment to our job sites.
A valid driver's license is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside our landscape and construction crews
- Drive company trucks to and from job sites
- Safely pull trailers when needed
- Transport crew members, materials, tools, and equipment
- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Assist with landscaping, sod, grading, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, and general site work
- Use hand tools and small equipment
- Assist equipment operators and foremen as needed
- Keep trucks, trailers, tools, equipment, and job sites organized
- Follow direction from the Foreman and Project Manager
- Help wherever needed to keep the crew productive
- Follow company and job site safety requirements
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Must have a good driving record and be comfortable driving company vehicles
- Experience driving work trucks and pulling trailers is preferred
- Landscape, construction, grading, or other outdoor labor experience is preferred
- Machine operating experience is a plus but not required
- Must be comfortable performing physical work outdoors
- Ability to lift and carry landscape materials, tools, and equipment
- Dependable and able to report to work on time consistently
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required

Schedule & Location
Full time, Monday through Friday. Overtime is commonly available, and Saturday work is optional when available.
Employees report to our Denver, NC shop and travel in company vehicles to job sites throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Sign-On Bonus: $500 sign-on bonus available for a qualified candidate. Eligibility and payment terms will be discussed during the hiring process.
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
