Job Duties
This position should provide a consistently high level of service and advice to new and existing clients. This person should build solid working relationships with clients and focus on retention of existing clients.
Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to assigned Commercial Lines clients.
Address clients’ service related issues in a timely manner, and keep Commercial Service Technicians and Commercial Risk Consultants updated on problems or adverse trends that arise.
Assist clients with policy coverage, changes, exclusions and additional coverages needed.
Ensure that policy renewals have been thoroughly and accurately prepared for delivery to our clients.
Responsible for conflict resolution and collaboration between client and insurance carrier.
Work closely with Commercial Risk Consultant(s) to stay current on the status of risk management projects, identifying potential issues and/or opportunities associated with these projects.
Provide Commercial Risk Consultant (s) with regular and timely input on account activity, creating an environment of teamwork and information sharing.
Assist the Commercial Service Manager in the development of new procedures and updating of existing procedures.
Complete Renewal applications where applicable
Build underwriter relationships. Responds to carrier requests promptly and appropriately.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications
Proficient in navigating the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
2 years experience in the insurance industry
NYS P&C License
Insurance Industry designation or advanced training preferred
EPIC proficiency preferred
