ReadypressDTF is a fast-growing Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing company specializing in high-quality transfers, hat patches, and UV DTF printing. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented DTF Printer / Production Specialist to join our Fort Oglethorpe location.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment, takes pride in quality work, and is eager to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate DTF printers and related production equipment
- Print and manage gang sheets with accuracy
- Perform daily printer maintenance and cleaning
- Inspect prints for quality (color, alignment, consistency)
- Assist with heat pressing and finishing products
- Support production of hat patches and UV DTF transfers
- Package orders for shipping and local pickup
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Meet same-day production deadlines
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills (file handling, simple edits)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with DTF printing, screen printing, or similar production work
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
