Retail Supervisor - Cape May Zoo (674623)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, supervise staff, and ensure an organized and customer-friendly shopping environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $20.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and support retail staff in daily operations.
• Receive, organize, and stock incoming merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory control procedures.
• Create and maintain attractive store displays and merchandise presentations.
• Monitor product movement and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Perform cash room reconciliation and ensure accuracy of daily cash handling procedures.
• Assist in employee scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Support management in achieving sales, operational, and customer service goals.
• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with merchandise receiving and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience creating and maintaining retail displays.
• Employee supervision and leadership experience required.
• Retail Pro experience is helpful but not required.
• Cash handling and cash room reconciliation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
