We're expanding our commercial team and looking for a driven Sales Associate to help accelerate growth across our core service lines:
- Contract warehousing
- Import & export trucking support
- Regional and national trucking operations
- Warehousing & transloading
Beyond the day-to-day, our team supports high-profile project work — from pop-up stores for trending international brands to logistics for world tour productions.
The Role:
Trucking & Warehousing Sales Associate (Korean or Chinese Bilingual Preferred)
This is a Hybrid position blending remote work, on-site collaboration, and in-person client visits.
You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and consultative pitching to contract execution, helping businesses optimize their supply chains with our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Prospect, pitch, and close new mid-market and enterprise accounts for dedicated warehousing, fulfillment, and freight/trucking services.
- Pipeline Development: Build a robust deal pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, CRM management, and active industry networking.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze client supply chain requirements to deliver tailored 3PL rate quotes and service agreements.
- Account Transition: Partner with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent service delivery for new accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record in B2B logistics sales, with specific expertise selling both warehousing and freight/trucking services.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Strong industry network and a natural talent for connecting with supply chain decision-makers.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Chinese or Korean is strongly preferred to serve our target client base.
- Location & Work Style: Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (home/office/field visits) within the regional market.
