Ready Set Kick is a fast-growing youth soccer enrichment program that teaches children ages 2–6 through fun, high-energy classes at preschools and childcare centers. We focus on confidence, movement, teamwork, and creating an amazing experience for kids and families.

We’re looking for energetic, dependable coaches who love working with children and want a fun, rewarding job with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and engaging soccer classes for young children
• Create a positive, encouraging environment
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled classes
• Communicate professionally with school staff and parents
• Set up and clean up equipment
• Represent Ready Set Kick with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred
• Soccer experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation required
• Energetic, outgoing, and patient personality
• Must be dependable and professional
• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule

• Part-time
• Mostly weekday mornings and afternoons
• Flexible scheduling available
