What are the responsibilities and job description for the Curriculum Coordinator - Make Learning Magical at Ready Set Grow! position at Ready Set Grow Childcare?
Louisville, KY | Full-Time
At Ready Set Grow Learning Center, we believe childhood should feel joyful, creative, and full of discovery — and so should working here. If you’re the kind of educator who gets excited about sensory bins, hands-on projects, themed weeks, and helping teachers shine, this role was made for you.
As our Curriculum Coordinator, you will be the heart of our learning program — guiding teachers, supporting classrooms, preparing materials, making sure our curriculum is inspiring, organized, and developmentally solid. And because we’re a tight-knit, all-hands-on-deck team, you’ll also jump in to support classrooms or daily center flow when needed.
If you love coaching, creating, problem-solving, and helping little learners grow…this is your chance to join a center that truly celebrates FUN and HEART.
