Role Description

This is a full-time in-person role for a Clinic Support Assistant at Ready Set 4 ABA, located in Matthews, NC. The Clinic Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all clinic spaces remain clean, organized, and fully prepared throughout the day. This position supports therapists and leadership by maintaining operational readiness, assisting with child support tasks when needed, and helping ensure that facilities meet safety and hygiene standards.

This role also includes participation in student transportation support to ensure children are safely assisted during arrival and dismissal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy rooms and common areas
• Sweep floors and empty trash throughout the day
• Keep bathrooms and kitchen areas clean and safe
• Assist therapists with operational and environmental needs
• Assist with diaper changes as needed
• Ensure children are clean and prepared for dismissal
• Verify each child has personal belongings at the end of the day
• Support clinic events and special activities as needed
• Participate as a passenger on the company bus during child pick-up/drop-off to assist with safely loading and unloading children
• Support parents/guardians during arrival and dismissal procedures
• Be able and willing to operate the company vehicle if the primary driver is unavailable
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with staff and families

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
• Basic knowledge of patient care and experience in assisting with healthcare services is a plus
• Ability to manage tasks independently and maintain professionalism in a in-person work environment
• Proficiency with office management software and technology is an asset
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting and bilingual skills are beneficial

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
