Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site or hybrid position in Charlotte, NC. The BCBA will design and supervise individualized ABA treatment programs, provide behavior assessments, and oversee the implementation of interventions. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring staff, monitoring data collection, and ensuring ethical and effective therapy practices in collaboration with families. This role upholds high standards of care and works towards improving the lives of children with autism and their families.
Qualifications
- Professional certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
