What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Refrigeration Technician (Experience Required) position at Ready Refrigeration?
Join a very reputable, fast growing, highly requested company that has been moving fast since 2010, and the owner has 25 years experience. Applicant is required to know more than basic HVAC/ Commercial Refrigeration / Electrical / Pipefitting skills. Must be able to troubleshoot any and all commercial setting kitchen/building equipment mostly pertaining to Refrigeration and Ice Machines. All other skill sets are a plus. Must be willing to be on weekend call at least once a month. Must live in Franklin, NC or willing to relocate. All work is performed no more than 50 miles from Franklin. Lots of potential for growth in the business to help expand this business and become management. We've never had a "slow day" and sent anyone home, the phone never stops ringing, come join us and let's get some work done.

- We are looking for someone that can jump right in and be a self sufficient commercial refrigeration tech with daily duties within 1 month of hiring, and would need to be on call for at least one week a month after 3 months of on the job training, and be willing to work later than normal on rare occasions (6-7 pm). - Do you live in Franklin NC or willing to relocate? If you do not live too far away, you can just commute to the shop in Franklin and begin the day after picking up the work van there.
