ROLE DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
Looking for an outgoing, energetic and hardworking individual who wants to learn the inside workings of a small business. Individual must be self-motivated, customer friendly and willing to learn how to be a Production Assistant. Individual will be responsible for learning the craft of popping all flavors of popcorn, waiting on customers and even learning janitorial duties for the business. You will also assist in helping with inventory, ordering, and customer orders.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer service in taking orders and offering options for customer requests
- Ring up customers orders at register and close out register at close of business
- Must be accurate in counting money for change for customer transactions
- Provide friendly customer service with good communication skills to help determine customers’ needs
- Organize store for stocking levels and appearance for customers
- Become a Production Assistant and learn the business of popping each kind of popcorn with accuracy to detail to deliver great taste
- Learn the business of bagging, labeling and sealing popcorn
- Willingness to work independently without supervision and as a team
- Willing to do janitorial work which includes washing dishes, mopping floors, scrubbing poppers, and cleaning up to be ready for the next shift
- Willingness to work weekends at store, events and festivals
- Willingness to work certain holidays ( 4th of July, Black Friday, possibly Christmas Eve)
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to create a flexible schedule for the right candidate
- Must be hard worker and willing to learn the business
- Must be able to work independently to get the job done
- Great customer service skills and positive attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on occasion
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly wage depends on experience willing to increase after 60 days
25-40 hours requested per week (Additional hours possible)
Commission opportunities available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
