Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage social media across our brands, create engaging content, and develop campaigns that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can find the story in everything. From heavy machinery and equipment to laundry products and vending services, the brands within our portfolio are as varied as the customers we serve. The perfect candidate is someone with an agency or similar background who is comfortable maintaining brand, creative and visual integrity for several clients at once. You love the challenge of turning products and business activities into compelling photographs, videos, and social media campaigns. This role works closely with management and sales teams to showcase our products and communicate their features and benefits.
Duties
Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple brands.
Create and edit videos, reels, graphics, captions, and promotional content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Photograph and film products, equipment demonstrations, business locations, and behind-the-scenes activities with support.
Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent, timely publishing.
Translate technical product information into clear, engaging content that highlights customer benefits.
Manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop campaigns that generate inquiries and qualified leads.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging while adapting content to each brand's audience.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries, referring sales opportunities to the appropriate team.
Track and report on content performance, audience growth, advertising results, and lead generation.
Stay informed about platform changes, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
A portfolio demonstrating successful social media content or campaigns.
Strong photography, filming, and video editing for social media.
Pay: $38,800.00 - $42,900.00 per year
