Our Company is seeking a dedicated and motivated Safety Representative to promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all company operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, training employees, and ensuring compliance with all OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies.
The Safety Representative must lead by example and consistently practice and enforce safe work habits in all environments.
Responsibilities
- Promote safety as a core company culture across all divisions
- Conduct jobsite, plant, and yard safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses
- Complete safety reports and maintain documentation
- Conduct safety meetings, orientations, and training sessions
- Assist with workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe equipment operation
- Coordinate and maintain safety records and certifications
- Respond to emergency and after-hours safety situations as needed
- Work closely with management and field employees to improve safety performance

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
