Role Description
This is a part-time possibly full-time on-site role located in Largo, FL. As the Business Finance Manager, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing financial analysis, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, developing business plans, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with leadership to provide insights and strategic recommendations to enhance organizational growth and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting and preparing comprehensive financial documents
- Proficiency in Business Planning and creating effective strategies for organizational growth
- Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial data
- Proficiency with financial software and tools such as Excel and QuickBooks
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required
- Prior experience in nonprofit financial management is a strong advantage
