Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO. The Job Title will support daily operations in a food production environment, following established procedures to ensure products meet quality, safety, and consistency standards. Responsibilities may include preparing ingredients, operating equipment, monitoring production lines, and accurately completing required documentation. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and workplace safety guidelines, and supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. The Job Title will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and uphold Ready Foods’ standards for service, quality, and integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience in food production, food service, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment, with an understanding of basic production workflows.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety, sanitation, and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMPs, safe handling and storage of ingredients).
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds and roles.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials as required, and work in a fast-paced production setting.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including possible weekends or overtime, based on production needs.
