Heavy Equipment Operator

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $28.00/hr.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Ready Field Solutions is looking for a motivated Heavy Equipment Operator and natural leader who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in making every job look its absolute best. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Must speak and understand English
• Strong punctuality and reliability
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and work efficiently with strength and stamina
• Must be prepared for all weather conditions
• Must follow all safety standards at all times
• Drug-free (must pass pre-hire test)
• CDL is a plus
• Crew leader experience is a plus

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Must have Heavy Equipment Operator experience
• Must have excavator and skid steer experience
• Must have 2-3 years working on 2:1 slopes
• Oil & Gas experience preferred

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to operating heavy machinery, the Heavy Equipment Operator will perform groundwork including:

• Installing silt fence and super silt fence
• Installing blow filter sock
• Supporting field operations as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Outdoor field conditions
• Extended hours during peak season
• Physical, hands-on work in extreme heat/cold
• Exposure to noise, dust, pollen, insects, mechanical parts, and natural environmental hazards
• 12-hour shifts
• Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed
