About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative/Enrollment Counselors to help consumers find relief from overwhelming debt. In this role, you'll speak with prospective clients who have requested information about our debt resolution programs, understand their financial situation, and guide them toward the solution that fits their needs. This is a consultative, phone-based sales role — you'll be closing enrollments while genuinely helping people get back on their feet.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to prospective clients exploring debt resolution
- Assess each client's financial situation and qualify them for the appropriate program
- Clearly explain how our debt resolution services work, including benefits, timelines, and costs
- Overcome objections and guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM
- Ensure every conversation is honest, transparent, and compliant with applicable regulations
Qualifications
- 1 years of phone sales experience (debt resolution, financial services, or similar a strong plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasion skills
- Empathy and the ability to build trust quickly with people in stressful financial situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM and dialer systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
