About the RoleAs an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting potential clients with our services. You’ll be the first point of contact, representing Ready Contractors with professionalism and warmth. Your efforts will ensure that our clients feel valued and informed, setting the stage for successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Contact potential clients to schedule appointments and consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
- Provide information about our wide range of services, including storm drains, site preparation, utility work, and more.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and address any questions.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
