Ready Coffee is in the early stage of expanding its store base. This expansion is currently centered in New York (Long Island & Hudson Valley), New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Job description

We are seeking a hardworking, organized and leadership-minded Store Manager. This position will report to the Regional Manager.

A Ready Coffee Store Manager is responsible for directing daily operations, building a great team and driving the financial success of their store. They do this by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports the operational standards and culture of Ready Coffee. The Store Manager is a quick thinker, a problem solver, a skilled communicator and a world-class motivator.

Responsibilities

· Identify, attract, hire and train team members that embody Ready Coffee culture and who have the potential to grow within the company.

· Create and maintain a positive, inspiring and inclusive culture. Mentor employees and continually develop their skills.

· Address performance issues effectively and respectfully.

· Communicate priorities, best practices, and operational changes in a clear and consistent manner.

· Forecast sales and schedule labor efficiently, balancing cost and team dynamics while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

· Maintain the store and all equipment to the highest standards.

· Make daily bank deposits and manage change reserves.

· Manage store inventory; project usage and place orders; review supplier invoices for accuracy and upload them for payment; maximize gross margin by controlling waste and loss.

(Must be able to train in the Hudson Valley)

Job Type

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay & benefits

Base salary range of $45,000 - $49,000; plus tips (average tips of $10 per hour. Actual tips will vary based on a variety of factors including location, hours, and quality of service); plus semi-annual bonus.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma/GED required

· Minimum one year leadership experience preferred

· Night and weekend availability

· Reputation as a positive role model

· Eager to learn, grow and adapt

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

· Ability to direct the work of others

· Exhibit a passion for Ready Coffee’s values and culture
