Position answers directly to the Director of Vendor Compliance, MIT/MIS
Dual role position:
Product Data Maintenance Coordinator with experience maintaining retail merchandise item data to support the distribution, marketing and sales efforts for the lifecycle of an item. From item data collection through vendor contacts to onboarding item data through customer portals, this role engages all departments to maintain accurate item data.
Onsite IT Support Coordinator with experience as a power pc user to help with support requests. Resolving common desktop issues in house when possible and troubleshooting to identify which support contractor to engage when needed.

Power PC User with troubleshooting skills to resolve common desktop support issues and property route support tickets.

Ability to :
Analyze customer contracts, interpret them for each department and facilitate a smooth execution.
Establish new items and maintain item lifecycle data to prevent any delay in driving items to market.
Understand compliance requirements for each item. Collect, review, file and distrubute all regulatory data for merchandise items.
Understanding of GS1 US regulated barcode management.
Manage and maintain GHS Compliant SDS documents to prevent dangerous goods violations.
Maintain item information on our server and on GS1 US DataHUB, GDSN Data Sync, WERCS, and all customer related vendor portals.
Provide minimal IT/IS support. Outside IT support is utilized but we need more power PC users in house to assist with common desktop maintenance and properly routing support requests.
Experience:
Success driving items to market and managing item data through Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart Retail Link preferred.
Management of GHS Compliant SDS documents.
Execute customer contracts for the purpose of Vendor Set Up, Onboarding and ongoing Item Data Management.
Management of vendor and item data in eCommerce shopoing carts and in a variety of customer portals.
Reviewing vendor scorecards and successfully resolving compliance issues and obtaining chargeback refunds.
