Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and implement nursing plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

- Current RN license in the state you are applying for.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
