84 year old client needs assistance with ADLS and companion care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care;
- Assist with daily activities as needed
- Fall Risk prevention;
- Assist with housekeeping and chores as needed
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment
- Offer gentle reminders and support as needed
Qualifications:
✅ Experience with transferring, providing personal care;
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Ability to foster a positive and caring environment
