Ready 123 Solution's provides onsite Technical Field Support to Major Brands ie: Walmart, Target, Dave Busters, Pizza Hut, Chase Bank, Affinity Properties, and more! We’re looking for a Fiber Tecnician to install or troubleshoot residential fiber installs. Must be avaialable ASAP, with tools!
Job description:
- Run and Connect Lines: Run aerial or buried fiber drop cables from the outside pole or terminal into the building or residential homes.
- Install Equipment: Mount and power up the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) (the box that turns light signals into internet data), routers, and power supplies on the inside or outside of the home.
- Test Signals: Use tools like optical power meters to check light loss and verify signal strength.
- Configure Network: Set up Wi-Fi routers, connect TV or voice boxes, and activate the service on the network.
- Customer Service: Help customers connect their devices, explain the new equipment, and ensure a clean, safe setup.
