Responsibilities

• Install digital menuboard hardware including screens, mounting brackets, cabling, and electrical connections in accordance with schematics and technical specifications
• Perform electrical wiring and low voltage cabling to connect displays to power sources and network systems
• Troubleshoot software issues, connectivity problems, and hardware malfunctions on-site to ensure optimal system performance
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on digital signage equipment to maximize uptime and longevity
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately execute installation tasks
• Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble mounts, secure displays, and manage cabling pathways effectively
• Collaborate with telecommunication teams for proper network integration and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical work, E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation), or low voltage systems with a focus on digital signage or telecommunication infrastructure
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools for installation and maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of computer hardware components, software troubleshooting techniques, and system diagnostics
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately
• Prior field service experience working with digital displays or telecommunication equipment is highly desirable
• Electrical experience including cabling, electrical safety practices, and basic circuitry understanding
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Start time 9pm
