What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Technician position at Ready 123 Solutions, LLC?
Ready 123 Solution's provides onsite Technical Field Support to Major Brands ie: Walmart, Target, Dave Busters, Pizza Hut, Chase Bank, Affinity Properties, and more!
Scope of Work:
We need a technician ASAP to perform the below tasks within the marketplace, supporting multiple brands hardware and network systems to include;
- Troubleshoot Switches, Routers, Access Points, SD-Wans, CCTV
- Printer Support
- Provide POS upgrades and Support
- Replace Verifone pin pads and credit card readers
Skills:- Experience in IT infrastructure and networking installation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the scope of the work order.
- Able to climb, use ladders or lift for out of reach network equipment
***Need basic tools for troubleshooting ie., Basic screwdriver set including mini, cable toner, Cat 5/6, crimpers, RJ45 Cable tester
