How You Will Make An Impact
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and strategic support to help drive business decisions. This role analyzes financial performance, develops forecasts, prepares reports, and partners with business leaders to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency.
The Nuts and Bolts
Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Analyze financial data and create financial models to support strategic initiatives
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support business units with financial analysis, commission and rebate tracking, and profitability assessments
Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning
Monitor and automate reporting for KPI's
Support annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning processes
Required Credentials
Education: BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA preferred
Experience:
Minimum four years of experience in a financial analysis role including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution organization
